My 150 with the 302 has 250 thousand on it so I would say keep her. It looks like a pretty solid truck.

Is that the transfer case control lever that I could weld or the whole floor shifter?

Well thanks to everyone's input, but I'm parting it out. We need the space in the garage and I am moving so I need the money. I'll be keeping the gas tank tow hitch tires and wheels if I can swap out 4 x 4 for my 2 WD.
