Default Keep her or scrap her

Hey guys, so this is my 1st post here, and it could not have come at a better time. i have a 1995 F150 2wd 302 auto and a 1995 f150 4x4 auto.
The 4x4 has the issues, the brakes are gone, which is fine i can do that. but the transfer case control lever is busted. theres a little nipple that connects when i shift on the floor. i'd love keep her because i only paid $380 for her, but this part is $150 and i dont have those funds for a toy truck. what should i do?

If you live in Jersey drop it off at my house, it will go to good use.

The tires are 31 inch BFG's and about 80% the interior is priceless except a crack in the dash. There's 200,000 on it. And the problem s that there are no brakes, hose rotten, and the transfer case control lever.

Unfortunately I don't, I'm from Michigan's thumb.

I vote fix the brakes and tcase. It'll make for a cheap work/play/winter vehicle

Hunt yeah that was the original plan, it was a cheap buy and was looking to just play with it until it died. So you think I should just fix that?
