Default Inherited F150...

So with my dad passing, I inherited his old 1993 F150. v6 rear wheel drive. It's not a bad truck but it needs some TLC to get it to be pretty decent.

I'm not familiar with trucks but having driven it for about 6 months now I can say confidently that it gets about 88 miles to the tank.... Which seems absolutely atrocious compared to my 2013 GT. I dont know if that's truck normal or if there's a problem with the dang thing or if its a matter of a 20 year technology gap. I can tell you that the truck probably needs a complete tune up (new plugs, oil change and filter at least) wondering if you thing that might help gas mileage?

Truck has about 140k on it so I'm not exactly looking to do a complete restomod on it.

Also one this that is odd. Is upon going into drive and driving, it sounds like there is some sort of rushing water behind the dashboard of the passengers side. Any clues?

I was wondering if anyone knows any pretty active truck forums I can scrounge for the missing parts and get some advice.

Without further ado. Some pictures. It was dark so the pictures may suck.

Sagging Rear Bumper

Missing Drivers Side Door Light cover

Non Functioning Radio

Busted Passenger Side Air Vent

When I pull the Brake Release, the E-Brake doesn't disengage unless I use my foot to physically pull the pedal back up.

Gauges... This is the Car in "Park" Notice where the needle sits...

Passengers side window switch, drivers side can operate the passengers window but passengers side doesn't.

Passengers side mirror. I'm currently MISSING the drivers side.

List of **** to be addressed:
Oil change
Spark plugs
Air filter
Gauge cluster doesn't show correct gear
Passenger side window switch doesn't operate window but drivers side does.
Rear bumper sagging
Missing door light cover
Missing drivers side mirror
Upon initiating the e brake, the handle does trigger release.
Radio doesn't work at all
Bed fenders have some rust damage
Passenger side AC air vent is smashed.

IF any of you guys have information related to these problems or can help me track down some of the replacement pieces, please let me know.

I'd like to surprise my brother and get this thing looking good and functional again.

I thought my truck had problems. Ebay and the local junk yard would be your best friends, but maybe someone else has a better idea.

I would but I'm located 15 minutes outside of NYC. There aren't any junkyards within almost 2 hours of here.

Also the parking brake cable seems to be broken or come off from that image.

88 miles to the tank? Shoot. If I got that I'd be doing some serious digging around... I get about 200 per tank, and I still think I should be getting better than that...

Me too, on a built motor. Highest I did was 250 miles before I had to switch tanks.

Check for codes.

Also, the heater core is right behind the glovebox, and is probably where your water noise is coming from.
