Default its not the fuel pumps!!!!!!!!

Ok so my dad bought a second hand 94 5.0 f150,a few weeks ago. It ran like a champ for the first week or so then it just shut off. We towed it to the shop(my dad is a moving company foreman) and we went to work. We found that it had something to do with the a fuel issue. The mechanic hooked a pressure checker up under the hood and it read 38 lbs.and he then checked the fuel pumps. Still nothing. We replaced both from both fuel pumps. Still not enough pressure to the enjectors. What do i do next ? Replace the fuel lines ? Man down i need help !

Uh?? How much pressure do you think you're supposed to have?? 38psi with the engine off or running at idle is pretty close to spec as far as I've ever known?? In fact I'm pretty sure that's about where mine was at the other day.

You can pull codes or keep throwing parts at it.

28-45psi is the range for a running engine.
