Default Control stick/shifter replacement

Good day everyone! I have a 94 4x4 XLT that I somehow have broken both the shifter and the control stick (is that what it's called?). The shifter is only broken at the end where the "overdrive" knurled portion is, but I think enough of it is broken that I'd have to replace the arm, not just the end cap. The control stick seems like a no brainer, contacts are wore out/etc, just replace it so I dont have to turn left all the time when it's raining.

Is my best bet for these parts through LMC or is there something more favoured in the community? Is there a way I can change just the end of my shift lever? Even if I have to buy some billet flaming thing with skulls on it? Or would that end up running a pile more than a semi-oem type anyway?

Any help or suggestions would be muchly appreciated
