Here is what you do.
Pull up the specs on the Jegs motor. Buy all of those neat parts and stuff. Have your machinest fit them all togather in your 302 block.
Ta Da! You got 300+ Hp.

eBay or forum searching, this is what i did for my 5.0 RX7, estimated 380 hp, no power adders, don't short cut on bolts gaskets etc though.
