Yes, I really love the truck. Even though it's a base model no options truck, it does everything I need it to do and the *** mark on the seat fits me real nice.

That's the great thing, I beat the hell out of it and it keeps going. Even when I break it I can't get rid of it because it's so easy to fix.

haha i think we all love our pieces of **** way too much.

i couldnt see getting rid of my truck, ever.

it saved me sooo much money instead of buying new. for a 18 year old truck it drives down the road like a cadillac. minus the steering play ;]

I don't see the point in spending so much on a new vehicle when I can pay cash for used and it will still do the same job. Plus older vehicles are better.

i have no clue why but i feel better when im in an old truck..

probably cause i have that extra couple hundred bucks each month for gas and upgrades instead of forking it over to the bank

I have never in my life made payments on a vehicle and I don't think I ever will. I buy cheap and make them nice. I only paid $700 for the truck and it only had 95,000 miles at that time.

lucky man.

550 for my 91 half ton with 140,xxx on it i believe.

and 600 for my ranger with 136,xxx on it.

both paid with cash, neither needed any repair. i plan to keep up with the maintenace as i do all my things and hope to see 200k+ out of both trucks.

its gonna be ruff with the ranger though, i bought it for a beat the **** out of truck XD

Sounds like you know how to spin a wrench, so it couldn't be more than a couple hundred to get that 4.9 back running. We all know those things last forever.
