1992 f150 4.9 fi

So I bought an actron scanner (i think) and I couldnt pull any codes, it would have a constant beeeeeep,

So I tried doing the test as described on here and I still didnt get any codes, the CEL just stayed on, no blinking,

I am positive I hooked it up right,

I cant do a warm-up cause I cant get my truck started,

Could it be my ECM/PCM????

If you bought a unit w/o digital numerical display, that only beeps & flashes, you wasted your money. Take it back for a refund.

I got an 11, system pass, but then the list I found doesn't go into the hundreds...

I got 122, and 332. 332 might be wrong, but I'm relatively sure it's correct. I'll check again tomorrow. Any help, please?

Edit: 1990 5.0 4x4
