Default 96 F150 4.9L No spark no injector pulse

Hello everyone, I have 96 F150 4.9L six inline automatic truck. I was driving over to my buddy's carne asada party when my truck just died on me. Tried to start it up and it did not. I let it sit there for the entire party (6 hr) then i tried again and it didn't start. We jump started it after i drained the battery trying and it fired right up. Next day when to work and the same thing happen, only ever since then i haven't heard it start.

I've change the Ignition module, the distributor (cap and all), new injectors, new battery ( including clamps), new idle air valve and even changed the pcm. I also checked all my fuses and my pcm relay. Crank position sensor is new too.

I also have full tanks (Dual tanks) and both pumps work. i have power at the ignition coil but not at the spark plugs. I have also checked all my ground cables and they all seem fine. The injectors have no current.

Please help!!

sounds like to have bad cable connections...any ground that is bad will cause no or low power to the ECU... ALL sensors work off the return ground so if you have ground issues you also have ECU and sensor issues...

I am getting the led light to flash which indicates the ignition module is bad, not the pip. I have takein the ignition module in 3 different times to different auto parts stores and had it tested and it test good so I believe it not to be the ignition coil.
how do I check for the 5 volts?
i am going to check the mega fuse today. was told how to do that so soon as it aint raining I will do that
