there are many different ways to level out your 2wd.
1. Lifting coil springs-i know that rough country makes some 1.5" ones for 2wd, i think theyre around $130
2. Coil Spring Spacers-much cheaper way to go. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1981-...Q5fAccessories
3. F250 coil springs- many people do this, and it involves going to a junkyard and getting coil springs from a f250 2wd and putting them in your truck, this lifts up the front end too.
The one thing to keep in mind is that you will probably need to buy new shocks for the front to accompany your lift, even if its coil spring spacers
hope this helps

Autozone also carries a heavy duty spring that fits the 150 & 250 for $75 each. It specs at @ 17" so it should be about a 1.5"-2" lift. They are progressive compression rate and have a warranty. You will still need longer shocks and an alignment.

I have the daystar 1.5 level and it is nice gave me also about 1.25 inches up. Make sure you get an alignment asap if you do the install yourself because my alugnment was all sorts of messed up afterwards. Im stil looking into replacing the shocks to hopefully level it back out fully they need to be replaced anyway.

If there's any of nature's glue (rust) on there, it's a lost cause.
