Little nitpicky stuff, make sure it runs well, steering isn't TOO loose (can't get away from a little bit of play with these trucks), check the underbody and frame. Ask about the balljoints, exhaust, mileage, last tune up, and ANY issues. Check idle speed. In my very limited experience, that'll about do it for little stuff if buying from a private owner, a dealer would give you a bit more info.
