Default 90 f150 wont start.

I was at work the other day waiting to get in a community hate when all of the sudden my truck just died. I ended up towing it home and swapped out the fuel pump body,(the white part). I have the tank dropped and the fuel lines off the pump lines itself. I turn the key and nothing, no has comes out from the pump. Idk what to check next, I've done a lot over the last yr and a half. The fuel pump relay clicks on when you turn the key, and the fuses seem to be good. Any ideas? And before any one ask yes there is fuel in the tank,it's 3/4 full. This is all on a 2 wheel drive 90 f150 with the 302. It only runs off the front tank, well it use to

With the key on but not start, do you hear fuel pump come on and pressurize the fuel rail. Sounds like a short whine for only a few seconds. If not, it's time to drop the fuel tank(s) and replace the fuel pumps. How many miles on the truck?

Let me clarify, so long as you have ensured the fuel pump (s) have the activation signal required.

I do hear the short whine of the fuel pump. Only thing is I dropped the tank and have the pump plugged in but the fuel lines off to see if it'll push fuel. It won't. Just cranks.

Check the power coming from the pcm to the relay. Have a similar issue on my truck. Might be worth checking out
