Default "Honk" During Excelleration

So I have a '96 F-150 302 with a 5-Speed Manual, and during mid to heavy acceleration, I hear a "honk". It doesn't happen when I accelerate lightly. It usually happens in first and second and sometimes third. It is annoying, and people can hear it, and it sounds like "meep" haha. Any ideas?

No, she was stock, as far as I know!

Anyway, I'm gonna say, it's possible your PCV hose is collapsing during acceleration, causing a "hornlike" sound to resonate.

ive had that problem before, its most likely the pcv hose, when u replace it i would suggest you use a piece of rubber tranny hose that is the right size, and the prob wont come back
