Question locking hub problem

New to the forum and love it! And with a problem. 95 F-150 pulling to the right after hitting a pothole, of which there are many in SW Michigan. So yesterday I was at the tire store, and the lad changing my tires points out that the left lockout hub is VERY hot! What to do? And should I buy the Chilton manual, or the Haynes manual? Who can help? Thanks, Blessings!

Sounds like you blew out a bearing.

OK, but which side? Pulling to the right, but left side is hot.

Heat is bad. I like Haynes.

Two different problems maybe? I don't know...maybe one thing is causing the heat and another is pulling to the right? I use both, sometimes one manual will have better pics/explanations on something than the other has and vice versa.
