Default Hi all, new to the forums! I'm Matt, and I'd like you to meet "Maverick"!!

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to introduce myself. I have been a Ford man all my life, my first car (still have her) was a '66 Mustang, and I just recently picked up my 2nd!

1988 F150 Custom, I6, 2wd - 62K original miles!! The guy I bought it from had put a flip/lowering kit on it, 22's, billet grille, and a lot of shaving/painting. Not perfect, but perfect for me! I'll quit talkin' and make with the pics!

The rest can be found here:

What do you think??

i really like the black on black.

all you need is a paint job and it could possibly be truck of the month.

definitely looks pretty good for her age! maybe just throw some paint or bedliner on the inside of the bed, perhaps a new exhaust, she'd look good as new.

Thanks everyone!! It's a great truck, and I always get some looks when I drive her around.. anyone have a suggestion on where to pick up an aftermarket stereo harness? I'd like to use my old Pioneer 4600MP, but just haven't gotten around to it.

Thanks for all the comments guys! Any suggestions for a nice exhaust would probably be my first mod..

Thanks! I know.... stupid photobucket "limits". They'll show up at the month's end when it resets, but I'll host them somewhere else soon, no worries. The link there will bring you to the photobucket page with all the other pics!
