i have a 90 f150 its been sitting for a while i replace the fuel it runs but its skips . do u think it could use a good tune up

No, sitting is good for trucks. The older gas gets, the higher its octane gets. That's why high octane costs more, it has to be aged to the point where its octane gets high enough.

In all seriousness, more information will more than likely get you real answers. Descriptive titles help as well.
