Actually its not rusted at all (for a northeast vehicle that is) -- rust is always the first thing I check when surveying a used vehicle.

Oh is IS rust --- technically -- just by northeast standards for a 20 year old car its 'practically' rust free -- I envy you if you live in a rust free section like the south or out west -- never had that experience
