Question HELP! Clicking Manual hubs!! 94 F150

Hello everyone, I am new to the forum and was hoping someone could help me with my manual hub issue. I have a 94 Ford F150 4x4 with a 7" lift and 35" tires. A couple of months ago I noticed a clicking noise coming from both front wheels when driving (usually when driving slow cause my tires make way too much noise at higher speeds). After talking with a friend I pulled off the manual hubs and greased them up. The clicking sound went away for about a week and then came right back. My friend then suggested that I just replace the manual locking hubs as they were the original ones. So I took his advice and bought a new set of Warn premium manual locking hubs. After installing them the clicking noise went away again. However, about 2 days later the clicking noise came back on the front left wheel only. It seems to be the loudest when I am driving slow or when I am braking / coming to a stop. I double checked that the hubs do engage and the 4x4 works fine. I am not sure if this could maybe be a wheel bearing issue?? I am just lost on how to fix this issue. When I search the forums I find people with this problem but the solution seems to be to replace the hubs.. which I have already done. Any help / suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
