Default Help, 96 F150 4.9L stuttering.

My problem is when the truck gets running it kicks almost like it dies for a split second. And the longer I drive the worse it seems to get. It does not do it if I push the pedal about halfway down. It used to get up to 80-85 mph now with the pedal to the floor it peaks at 70.
I ran a code check and got 1401 P0171 P1150 and P0174. I'll list what I have changed to narrow it down. Tried the Fuel pump, Fuel filter , Spark plugs and wires , 02 sensor bank 2 -1 , Egr valve,
There is a hose on the engine leaking air but I have no idea what it is or where it goes. I will add a picture with it circled, if you know what it is please let me know.

Stop changing parts. Replacements are generally lower-quality than originals, and you're more likely to cause another problem by blindly messing around. If you can't diagnose it, pay someone who can. But you should invest in a Haynes manual, and read it cover-to-cover at least once. This caption explains how to get the correct edition:

Your photo appears to indicate the PCV hose:

That leak alone shouldn't cause anything more than a high idle. But it is allowing dirty air into the engine. It can be temporarily fixed with some tape & zip-ties. This explains how to find other leaks:

What is the fuel pressure?

What is the COMPLETE definition for each fault code you listed?

Fix the obvious first. You say there is a leak at the manifold which I would start at first.Vacuum leak=lean mixture which most of your codes spell out. I would also hang a fuel pressure gauge on the port ant make sure you have 30-45 psi at idle.

@raiksi Thats the plan. I just wanted some information and guidance on what that hose was before I started the fix. Much appreciated though.
