Proably 2000+lbs of stone, moved and stopped good. And I towed a 20' trailer with a small Kubota on it and it pulled it fine it was the stopping part that didn't work so well haha

My dad towed his 1963 Ford Thunderbird project on a car trailer 20 miles when we moved in 1999 with the 1989 F-150. He also towed his 20 foot boat.

You put those in the bed? How'd you make a 20 foot boat fit in a 6 foot bed?

Boys, we got a witch on our hands!

Umm would you believe two and a half ton of sand in truck and two
and a half ton of gravel in trailer ! DO NOT TRY THIS ! Plenty of power but front wheels just skimming the ground. Stopping ... Plan ahead. Way ahead ! Drove it approx 15 miles all back roads. 02 FX4 ext cab long bed. Almost as scary as driving 2 ton dump truck loaded with roofing supplies 150 miles with NO brakes. had idiot pull out in front of me and down shifted from 4th to 2nd at about 50 mph. There was two of us in the truck and it took both of us to make that shift. For some reason it didn't want to go ! Truck shook like hell after that. Don't know what bent and frankly didn't care. We did have a transmission brake for a while but burnt it up too. Don't plan on ever doing either of those trips again ! Did I mention there was 200 lbs of propane in the back of the dump truck ? Pretty good size bomb if wrecked.

Default Got wine

My sister was throwing a party so I went and picked up 2 pallettes of wine for her from a local winery. Can't remember how many cases that was. But the truck just crawled along. Felt like I was driving a Rolls Royce- (yes I've driven one of those too).

I don't know about ya'lls, but I strive to make sure I never get a fat chick count in my bed...
