Default heater not blowing hot air!

heater in my 95 f150 truck is blowing cool air ...checked lines in/out of heater core w temp gun and both are @190 . removed lines and made sure core was not plugged up .any ideas ? as a side note this past summer when using ac on max setting while towing the vacuum 'door ' would close][ ac would stop blowing out of vents]checked tank w gage and while driving and tank usually had @ 15-8 inches all the time are these related? thanks in advance! wade

Sounds like a malfunctioning heater blend door - check the cable - and possibly a vacuum leak - check the white line that runs to the recirculation door motor. Passenger side right near the firewall/fender.

yep, already , had to replace the white hard line and the 2 at vacuum tank [close to rh exhaust ] thanks for the links /photos will ck out in the am ! will post results!
