Wondering if anyone has any ideas. Couple of years ago, check engine light came on. Tried to diagnose it myself, couldn't figure it out, so I took it to the Ford Dealership. They told me the computer was the problem, but the truck was running fine and fuel milage didn't change so I didn't bother buying a new computer. The other day, voltmeter quit, fuel guage shows full with only a half tank, tach quit, and overdrive button doesn't work, and the transmission drops into overdrive at about 10mph. Is it the pre-existing computer problem, or could it be something else. Oh yeah, it's a 92 F-150, with a 302. Thanks.

The OD problem is the detent cable came off at the throttle. The rest of it sounds like a bad instrument cluster.
