Question Greasable Rear Leaf Shackles?

Greetings all!

I was under my truck last weekend pulling off the spare tire and noticed my driver's side shackle was in terrible shape. I went to Napa to get pricing on new ones, and they have a kit for Dorman units that seem reasonably priced.

Well later, I was watching Truck-U and they had a Jeep they were doing the same thing too. But they were putting on greasable units that had a zerg fitting to grease the bushing.

My question is this: is there an aftermarket unit that has a re-greasable fitting? I would like to do this job only once, and be able to service the bushings each year. Thanks!
