Question Got some Questions about My F-150 flareside

Just curious about what comes stock on the '94 F-150 flare side. I bought the truck about 7 years ago from an older man that fixes them up. He was selling it because his wife told him if he bought one more she was going to divorce him. I saw it and fell in love. I don't think I know anyone with a FS close to the age of mine. So I need some help figuring some things out.

One thing I was curious about: My truck has the normal interior light in the middle back of the roof. There is also a light (or something that looks like a light) that goes from the interior light to the front part of the roof of the truck. It's about a foot and half long and about eight inches wide. There's 3 buttons in the front of this thing above my rear view mirror. One is "Rear Window" another is some kind of light and the other is missing. I also have to manually open my rear window and I cant see any wires running to it. Is this stock or did someone add it?

If this isn't stock, could it be the problem for my other wiring issues?

If this is stock, I think I might have some problems going on.

Sounds like the stock optioned power rear window.

That is what it is and the motor or window broke and they replaced it with a manual one. I doubt if it has anything to do with your wiring issues.
