Default Getting bigger tires, do I have to re-gear?

Right now I have the stock sized 235/75/R15 tires on my 92' F150, but I'm buying a set of 31x10.5x15 off my buddy so will my gears be fine? I don't know if you only need to re-gear when you get a lift or when you get bigger tires too.

Thanks for your help man, your truck is looking nice BTW with all the work you've been putting into it.

Re-gearing for that size tire is not necessary, and re-gearing only applies to tires not lifts.

Stock tires are like 29.8 in diameter. Not a huge difference
