Getting back to my project.. interior first

I finally got my LEDs in the mail today, got them all installed. It was much more of a pita than I thought it'd be, put the cluster in, pull it out, bend the contacts, put it in pull it out, reverse it... cycle key to check other lights pull em out, reverse and over and over and over again. Had to fix some internal cluster things once I got the LEDs figured out. I was very happy to have my new multi function switch since my wipers have been pretty unreliable once I got the motor replaced. Sometimes they would go and sometimes they wouldn't. But if I moved the switch around eventually they would do something. Tried the new switch and nothing. No wipers, no sprayers, not even a tick of a relay... so that'll be fun hopefully. Anyway, I have to pull the trim, screw the cluster in and then just mount my radio in the dash and this part should be all done.

Well the dash is done. No more fiddling with bits of trim and no more removing and reinstalling whatever it is I put on in the wrong order. I do need to replace my intermittent wiper switch though. Should be easy since I've already swapped it from the old dash to the new dash. I will get my carpet sometime next week and when I get paid, I will be ordering an ABS headliner board. As soon as that all comes in, I can finish putting the rest of the trim in, install my seats and drive over to am upholstery shop.

I got them from Amazon. I just searched "194 leds." It was $10 for a 20 pack. So I bought a warm color to match the incandescent in the dash and bought cool white for my dome, underhood, and glove box lights. I don't remember what they were called exactly.

So after a much needed 4 day weekend, my carpet showed up early. Got it in but still need to get holes cut for the rest of the seat bolts, sub wiring, and seat belts.
The wiring hanging out of the dash is for my trailer brake controller.

Nice carpet. I would love to put black carpet in my 95 but with the WI winters salt, gravel and sand would like its dirty way too fast. Of course im kind of ocd when it comes to keeping the interior clean, the exterior not so much.

I felt the center console box was just holding air and in the way. When I replaced my carpet I left it out to see how I liked it. It's still in the garage. Without that console the truck feels a lot bigger inside.

I did this too but I loved having my bench seat in my 94 (especially being in my early 20s having girls ride in the center) I like the ability to seat more. Plus if I ever have 2 passengers, it's just easier to have one ride in the middle. With my center box, I ended up using more for trash storage than anything. My brothers Bronco never had the center console. Never once lifted the seat to put people in the back.
