Gas Pump Shuts off
I am sure somebody has already asked this question, but I could not find it.
I'm having an issue when I try to fill up at the pump. The gas pump keeps shutting off and fuel splashes back.
1. I checked out the vapor lines from the tank to the charcoal canister and blew them out to make sure they weren’t clogged. They were fine. Still same issue

2. I replaced the charcoal canister and still the same issue.
3. Also replaced the vent value on top of the fuel tank still the same issue.Anybody else have any ideas? Thanks.
It’s a 96 F150 SWB 302 5 speed manual with a Rear tank.
