Default How to pull of cab interior light..please help a noob

Im frustrated because Im afraid I will break my interior cab light because Im really not sure how to pull it off.
Any help

You just need to stick a small screw driver in the side slot if its a reg. cab. it will pop then slide off. Then you'll see the light and fixture. Once again if its a reg. cab. You will also see the wires for the bed/brake light. The only reason I took mine off is because i am going to eventually change the interior light color to a red/blue led.

ok thanks but I had it taken off within minutes of even making this thread haha but I will post pics of the new moddd

This is what I did:
wired 2 sets of LEDs to my cab light and theyre purty cool lookin so they might stay but for $2 for each strip i mean what the hell right

Went fishing today till real late and these LEDs light up all the way to about half of my bed even with a tool box...super bright and pretty good quality though the wire I think is much to small but for $2 I can't complain

did you just bridge the wire going to the cabin light? That looks awesome and I would love to do it! I just need a little bit more info
