Thumbs up finally finished with the conversion

Ok guys, Thanks for all your help. As I mentioned, I got my new alternator & wiring from RJM, but I didn't mention that I settled on the 95 amp, offset pivot, G3 model, which is a direct bolt on for the 4.9's. I figured since I don't plan on any electrical additions, that it would be fine. The charge cable is probably designed for the 130amp and up, because it was a little big for the red plastic insulator where it connects to the alternator. It wasn't a problem, because with a little nipping at the plastic, the cable will fasten just fine. The main thing is to make sure it isn't anywhere near the metal housing when it's tightened down. It's all hooked up and works like a champ. I measured the voltage at the battery at idle and it's 14.5 volts. It looks like all is well. Now, let's hope nothing else breaks for awhile. Without this site, I would never have known about this upgrade. It's great !
