Ok guys I know im not the first one this has happened to but fuel is going from my rear tank into my non working front tank, how do I fix this??

Replace the front fuel pump it has a bad check valve, or block off the lines going to the front tank.

I know the front pump needs to be replaced but sweet thanks can I just use a rubber plug to block off the lines?

No, most people that i know that blocked off the lines cut the tubes off an old pump brazed them up on the ends and put them back on the fuel lines .That way if they ever decided to replace the pump they could just plug the fuel lines back on the new pump.

Also there is a inline check valve that Ford used on the recall for this problem if your truck has one it may be clogged open or if you can find one at a salvage yard you could install as new ones are around $100 if you can find them.
