Maybe a quick check pull the ECU relay and do i continuity check across
the two terminals for the switched side?
Cause if its bad he'll see a short condition.

omg thank you all soooo much i really needed the help i'm going to replace the eec relay and the ignition switch since those are fairly cheap and if your other suggestions don't work i'll be back thanks again guys!

ok i replaced the eec relay and it is fine now the fuel pump only comes on when it is supposed to thanks for all the help
