Fuel going from rear tank to the front

I have a 94 Ford F-150 4x4 5.8 and when I fill up the rear tank and drive it some of the fuel goes to the front tank.the switch is new.i have a new pump on the way for the from the tank.it looses pressure. I have 2 pumps on this truck.could it be a selector valve or do I have a one way valve on my fuel pump?

Check valve on the front pump has failed, allowing fuel to pump into the front tank.
