First tune up, have questions on plugs, wires, etc

First tune up on this truck and been reading about which plugs, wires, etc. Truck has no mods. So far, I plan on going with the Autolite 25 plugs. Not sure as far as the coil, cap, wires. Wanted to do the MSD coil and cap but Ive read several times that the wires not fitting snug on the cap. Can someone recommend what to use? I was also looking at the Ford racing wires. Will the Ford racing wires fit snug on the Msd cap?

Whenever it comes to electrical or sensor stuff, I use Motorcraft standard replacements. All the time, every time. Haven't been disappointed yet.

Think I found all I need but I have a question on the cap. All the motorcraft caps Ive come across doesn't seem to have the brass connectors, if there is one with brass connectors, can you link me to it or provide a part number? And will the rotor button come with it?

Why worry about race stuff on a truck ? It's a truck - it's about being dependable. Just worry about buying dependable parts, stock parts will work fine.
Unless you're prepared to throw thousands of dollars under the hood, the high end stuff isn't going to make it go faster or run better.
I've pulled trucks in here with original equipment Ford wires that still run perfect. Doesn't get better than that.

Understandable!

Normally I go Motorcraft as well but I wasn't too happy with the MC cap and rotor. In less than a year there was enough buildup on the contacts to cause a misfire under load. The MC cap had aluminum (looked like anyway) contacts and we all know brass is best. I am still using MC plugs but I'm using an MSD cap and rotor and Ford Racing 9mm wires. She runs very well with that combo. Stopped at a light you'd think the engine cut off its so smooth.
