That looks pretty cool, that same design would look great on my truck I think. How did you do it? I know a newer model badge, and expanded metal but what else?

I tried to make a mesh grill and cut it out like that but then didnt know a way to mount it back on the truck, lol poor planning

It's made like an rbp the mesh is welded on to the steel frame then the new grill is screwed to your existinggrille.
Here's just the frame without the middle

And the mesh welded on.

I don't have to worry about that because its still sitting in my living room lol!!! But I'm fabing up a bracket to go underneath the grill in the gap between the grill and bumper.

I was actually thinking of maybe making some and selling them for the obs trucks, the 2008-2010 f-250, 2008 f150, 2001-2003 f150, and 1999-2004 f250 because those are all my trucks so I have a grille to use as a templet.

one of the homemade mesh grilles that i really like, nice job if you can keep the cost down i may be interested in 1 for my 250.
