Get a good condition set from the junkyard, nothing is going to fit a ford cab better and look better on a ford than ford cab lights. You can also snag all the oem wiring which is better quality than aftermarket. Usually the splice in under the dash to the switch somewhere, make sure to pay attention and take pictures of how its wired in from the factory while you're removing them.
