Personally I think you made the right choice. I mean if you were on a 240 forum you would get the same reaction as you did here but for the 240. I absolutely love my Ford, but also drive a supercharged tiburon. I wouldn't be able to choose between the two. But you would be better off selling your truck outright and finding something better on gas. Rather then trading.

Lol. She hates my truck. She says it's too loud goin down the road and rides ruff. Those are the things I love about it though.

Agreed.

If fuel on the truck is killing your budget, you're wise to switch to something that makes sense for your situation. I don't think the 240sx trade is your best option though.

Well I want something that can still be fun to drive too and still look decent.

Sure, that's not an unreasonable desire. Just make sure you're getting a good trade in the process. Check book values, reliability info around the web, etc.

I have no problems out of my 91 240 but it was well taken care of doesn't smoke rattle or anything I needed motor mounts when I got it otherwise mine is great long as I cruise around it gets 30+ and far as fun to drive its quick you can shut the car off in 4th gear at 120mph it it leans a bit much in a high speed hard turn when the bushings start wearing out honestly I'd just try to out right by and avoid the trade far as the kbb book says one with a perfect body spotless engine with 220k and decent interior is only work 1800 according to them
