I've put 3/4 ton springs on the rear of my F150 before when I was towing a heavy trailer a long way. It rode nice with the trailer, but without the trailer the rear end felt really stiff. Just wondering if it smoths the ride out with the 3/4 ton springs all around.

mabey if you had some weight in the back.
That's easy enough. It's my work truck, and daily driver, so I usually have something heavy back there.
than throw some f250 springs in =) im planning on puting f250 front spring in my truck pratty soon so it will lift the front a little bit.
It rides fine untill i hit large bumps then it bounces like crazy. I dont mind it though. its a truck not a caddi.
Wouldn't installing f250 shocks help with that?
Thats a good question i never thought about that.
well i put f250 leafs on the back without the 2in lift block and it raised the rear up about 1in and now i just added the block and am getting f250 front coil springs to raise the front. mine rode like a tank at first but as they wore in it rides a little better now.
i was just thinking about leveling the front, maybe i'll do 3/4 ton springs and make it a heavy half ton, lol
ok but is the rear 250 leaf springs a straight bolt on or is there some fabrication in order to put them on a 150?
