Default Exhaust flange stud/nut torque?

I have the Haynes manual just for torque values but it is lacking on anything to do with exhaust. I'm replacing the exhaust flange studs and nuts. Looking for torque values on each.

1996 F150 with 4.9 I6.

My Chilton book says exhaust pipe to exhaust manifold for the 4.9L is 25-35 ft. lbs. Doesn't mention flange in my book either for that motor.

My book says for 7.5L flat flange bolts tighten to 30ft lbs. Only place it mentions flange lol.

Just talked to Dorman who sells the kits. They said just bottom out the studs and torque the nuts to 25-38 ft.lbs.
