I just called jegs and was looking at hooker header 6907 and they said they won't fit on my truck it's 1992 f 150 302 5spd I was wondering also if you seen the hooker pipe kit 16565 that has the crossover pipe and whole kit exits after rear passenger side. I wanted this kit so i wouldn't have to drive to exhaust shop to make my crossover pipe. What are you using????

Those are 6907 hooker says it won't fit 5speed because it'll make changing the clutch out a bitch.
No the hooker exhaust kit doesn't have a crossover

so that header will work??? I will just have to make my own pipe extending from driver header a little further back to crossover where transfer case is?? I'm a welder and we have a pipe bender also. Whenever i deal with the transmission i just pull the motor and it will be happening in the next few weeks to change my clutch. I'm also a little confused about the material the pipe kit 16565 isa made out of on jegs it says stainless steel and summit it says steel aluminized. Do you know which material it is made from i'm hoping stainless. Also if i have no worries about the pipe coming from driverside header across to passenger side being in the way of my transmission to drop it will all of this bolt up fine??? Just remember i'm a welder and if it's in the way i can always torch a bolt of in a few seconds and just reinstall a new one. Thank you for taking the time to respond back.

The bolts all line up after flattening the heat shield on passenger side firewall actually tightening then takes a while but they fit fine as for the exhaust I think if you add a -2 it'll be stainless other wise aluminized I assume I just paint the headers I don't build them lol
