Also is seafoam a good idea to use? a friend mentioned it but im kinda skeptical about it.

Yep.Put a few (20 or so) miles on it after adding the seafoam before the oil change. Among other attributes, it's a desludging agent. https://www.f150forum.com/f33/how-se...-1991-a-31505/
