Default anyone with a 5.0 and a 5 speed...
i got an 88 5.0 w a 5 speed...

supposedly it has a cam in it, and i was wondering something.

in 1st gear when i punch it at about 2500 rpms, the tires spin on dry pavement. (both tires spin, and they are 35x12.5 r15s)

will u guys trucks spin them in first gear like that... with out dumpin the clutch, just punching it?

i dunno if its cause of the cam and intake??

mine does then i spin half way through second chirp third sometimes fourth but its a windsor not a 302

ya i never slammed gears like that i usually let off in first

if u just punch it in second gear at about 3k will they chirp?

it prolly would if my drivetrain was 100% i can stomp it third gear in the rain and lightem up yeehaw

you got it and if i slam it into 4th it still spins never could get to spin in 5th
