I cant hear it running, I checked but there was no codes, im thinking that power isn't getting to the pump to kick it on

Have you tried taking off the switch and making sure the connections are clean, maybe jumping the posts/wires to power the pump and see if it works that way?

And no code at all could be very bad

You should at least get a "pass" code. If nothing at all shows it could be a sign of a failing computer. At least that's what it seems based on threads Ive seen here. My switch connections were going bad for some reason but I was in the middle of doing stuff to my truck so I just permanently attached the wires for the rear pump and the wires for the gauge to read the rear tank.

Make sure the computer is getting power, otherwise bad computer is most likely.

I replaced the fuel pump and sending unit today, and now I can run on the front and rear tank! first time since I bought the truck!
