wiper's won't park
I have a 91 with regular wiper's only low and high no intermittant
and they don't park .my question is that does the motor or the switch control
parking thanks

I'll bet you have intermittent but they aren't working either. My base model had intermittent but I didn't know because they weren't working and they wouldn't park, plus no low. Try the control box, there was a thread about how someone opened theirs up and resoldered some cracked connections. I did it and it fixed all the problems with mine. But to answer your question the motor has the park wiring inside it but the control box helps control it.
