electric HELP! problem, interior lights, gauges and radio dont work

happened to my ranger one time, should just have to change the fuse, like the other guy said i'd check your wiring you did for the radio and make sure you didn't mismatch/cross wires, or leave one bare.
With my experience one of my wire caps popped off and was exposed.

yeah a wire came loose and blew like 3 fuses, replaced them and rewired the cd player, everything works good and the cd player looks really good, not to far from stock either, if yall want pics i can post some.
