Default More then one O2 sensor?

I read there may be more then 1 of theese O2 sensors like one under the hood is that true in my year and motor if so witch one should I replace

Not sure but I don't think they started using more than one until the SD to MAF conversion around 1994-ish. Mine is a 1994 SD and only has one.

96 they changed to 3 sensors. Previous is just one.

I'm familiar with the acronym MAF but what does SD stand for?

Speed density. Computer uses engine speed combined with the density of the air (determined by the air temperature in the intake) to calculate fuel needs at the injectors.

Oh ok thankyou my friend is welding my old cat back on today after hollowing it out and he's putting on the O2 sensor while I'm at work I'll see how it does after I pick it up in a few hours hopefully this helps
