Default eBay Exhaust Anyone?!?!

so i need a new exhaust. i have a manifold leak and plugged cats. its all stock. found a whole bunch of stuff on ebay that looks good and is cheap

headers from summit
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-G9036/

y pipe to merge stock y into single 3"
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33633

high flow cat
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/3-Cat...ht_1895wt_1162

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1-Cha...Q5fAccessories

and i have a question. there is a small pipe (more like a tube) that connects to my exhaust pipe right after the first cat. it comes down from a red bull can sized thing up near the firewall. what is it?

thanks.

That small pipe is for your thermactor, if I read you correctly, it's an air pump that injects air into the exhaust system so the second cat can combust any fuel the first cat missed.

If you're going with a single cat then the pipe needs to go before it. It adds oxygen to the exhaust so the cat can burn the fumes.
