200 for an alignment or to replace and alignment. You do want a shop to do it. Anything you do in your garage will just get you close. If not properly aligned your asking for tire wear problems and wasting gas. It could also be a safety issue.
yeah that includes replacing the bushings. but im not sure if that includes the pivot bushings, i know they need to be replaced (well the one for the pass side axle for sure but im gonna replace them both) I do have a bad lean in /\ tires look like that when looking at the front of the truck mainly on that pass side. i believe its called camber. if that price includes them then i will wait to let them change them, if not then i will do that myself.
i just have a hard time paying for something i can do myself. I know i dont have the proper tools to perform a full correct alignment just mainly good enough to drive it to a shop after i replace the drag link.
what is the easiest and quickest way to perform an alignment on an 89 f150? Im mainly wanting to check toe in, and i will be replacing my drag link soon so i will need the know how.

I don't think the OP mentioned anything about camber or caster. Replacing the drag link wouldn't effect the camber or caster anyways.
