Welcome to the site!
Suggest to check your ignition switch block - located on the steering column down by the brake pedal - one possibility is that this block is stuck 'ON'.
This is a refreshing problem - usually the posts deal with trucks that won't start, not ones that won't stop :-)

switch OK
The switch is working great. Once I took it off I could manualy operate it and truck acted like it shoud when switch in corect place. The rod that moved the switch is busted. I have tilt steering so the rod hindges, and it broke at hinge. Do I need to take off steering wheel or not? What is that part called at auto parts store?

You will probably have to disassemble the steering column, or at the least remove it from the truck. You will not find that part at the auto parts store, dealer item only. I don't know the technical name for it, but the dealer can look it up. Your best bet would be to get a column from the junkyard, or just the rod. If you get just the rod from the junkyard you will be able to practice removing it on the junkyard column. I reccomend changing the whole column.

Are you sure the rod has failed?
Guessing that your model year is still similar enough to mine - there is a cast pot-metal piece that is prone to failure, often enough that the Ford parts counter guy will already be walking to the bin before you finish describing what you need.
