I'm not sure if it's a 2 speed or not, I just hooked it up real quick to see if it worked.. I'll play with it a little tomorrow.

yea thats a two speed fan, it has a high and a low, same one i got out of the cougar, i use the high speed, u will have to test it to see which one is which i dont remember but the high speed on mine pulls some major air, lets just say ill never have any leaves or anything stuck under my hood
