Default Wheel bearings

Ok guys I'm in the middle of trying to replace my right front wheel bearings. I have a 89 f150 4x4 with manual locking hubs. I'm stuck right now. I have the cap off then took the lock ring off removed the top screw that holds the inner portion, then I removed the snap ring but this is were I am stuck I cannot get the hub body out of the wheel hub. Has just a little play but will not move. Please any ideas would be great.
